Garlic Butter Parmesan Chicken Wings

Seasoned with @neilsarap Dayum seasoning.

Cued them up on my @traegergrills Ironwood 650 at 450F until internal temp was around 185F.

In a small pot, melt a stick of butter with mince garlic. At low temp, cook for about 10 minutes.

Add mixture on top of the wings. Give it a good toss. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese at the end.

So freaking good!

As you can see in the video, I failed at removing all the meat on the bone🤣

Peruvian Chicken Quarters

Wicked Mail call from @neilsarap. He sent me a sample of his Peruvian seasoning last week. OMG, it was so GOOD!!!!

I will definitely order a few bottles when they are available. Use my discount code Pokerb if you want to save some 💰💰 on your order.

Took some chicken quarters and removed the skin because my princess doesn’t like the skin. But I cued the skin on top of the quarters at 450F to crispy them up in my @traegergrills Ironwood 650

Used my @meatermade Plus to make sure my internal temp was at 185F.

You can see how juicy it was after 💦💦
