💙 MORE THAN JUST A GAME 👦🏻👦🏻

Different ages, different levels, but one shared passion for pickleball! 💪

One of the best parts of our PPL Cebu Open @phpickleballleague experience was getting to share the court with other players, learning from one another, and building friendships along the way.

Win or lose, every game teaches us something. Every conversation, every piece of advice, and every experience helps us grow not just as athletes, but as individuals.

It’s not always about winning. Sometimes, the greatest lessons happen between games. 💙

📘Proverbs 27:17
As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.

Thank You, Lord, for the people You place along our journey. 🙏

What an amazing and unforgettable journey for us here in Cebu,We are truly grateful for the opportunity to compete alongside talented Open players and fellow juniors.

Every match challenged us, pushed us beyond our comfort zones, and taught us something valuable.Wins or losses every game is a learning experience. Some games brought victories, some brought disappointments and some were so close that we wished the results had gone differently. But that’s sports.

Sometimes, no matter how hard we fight or how much we want something, it simply isn’t meant for us. And that’s okay. We believe that when things don’t go our way, God still has a better plan and a purpose beyond what we can see. We may not always understand the outcome, but we will always trust His timing.

To our amazing partners gabe @gabe_carlisle and @johannapatricee THANK YOU! You guys did great! Thank you for giving your best, fighting alongside us, and sharing this experience. We’re grateful for every rally, every effort, and every memory we made together.

Congratulations to all the champions, podium finishers, and every athlete who stepped onto the court.

A big thank you to the PPL Cebu Open @phpickleballleague organizers, ULRAK Pickleball Hub @ulrak_pickleball, and everyone behind this tournament for bringing us together through the sport we love. Kuya @alduscoreldela kuddos the tournament is so smooth chill one.

Beyond the medals and results, we are bringing home something even more valuable lessons, friendships, experience, and a stronger determination to keep improving.

We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps. Proverbs 16:9

We came to compete, but God allowed us to learn, grow, and experience so much more. Win with humility. Lose with grace. Trust God through it all.

Daghang salamat, Cebu! Until next time!
FAITH FIRST. KEEP LEARNING. KEEP FIGHTING.

Thank you 🙏🏼

PROVE THEM WRONG! Or not

Truth is we will never ever convince EVERYONE of what we believe about ourselves or the athlete we support. And honestly, if we focus too much on the things we don’t have, the things we don’t get, the opinions that we don’t change, we will always be angry and frustrated.

But if we just focus on what we can control, and appreciate what we have, then we will not only enjoy more but maybe we even get farther in this journey while actually appreciating it to its fullest

So maybe instead of winning or getting somewhere and thinking “yeah this is for all you haters” or stepping on court thinking “im going to prove them wrong” maybe you step on court think “i am so happy to be here, and i will make the most of it”
