We are so excited to spend time with you + connect with this beautiful community. 🥹🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🧘🏾‍♂️

We’re meeting at “Dillard University at 5:00 p.m.” and taking off at 5:45 for a 5K run to —Studio BE alongside some of New Orleans’ local run clubs.

After the run, stay with us!
Cool down, grab coffee from “Alinea Coffee Cart” ☕️

Enjoy bites from “Eat Clean Creations” 🍽️🥙🌯

AND hang out with our DJ and Red Bull .🎶

At 7:00 p.m., I’ll be leading our ticketed “Honor Shuffle HIIT class”, + I’d love to have you there 👀🙌🏾!

You can also relax in the studio + enjoy the post-run 🧘🏾atmosphere.

The Crescent City River Bridge Race is one of my favorite races✨

City glowing, river wide open beneath me, the last stretch of light hitting the skyline just as I was flying across with my fellow runners was surreal.

The weather couldn’t have been better as we all got to witness the perfect sunset and unbelievable views! ☀️

Super grateful for this healthy body and the ability to finishing strong and competitively! Can’t wait for next year!

Starting off Louisiana strong with New Orleans, which is packed with so many amazing run clubs. With @everywomansmarathon heading there in February, there’s never been a better time to start training with a good crew!

Scenes here from a Tuesday night out with @the504th Run Club — running through the neighborhoods of New Orleans with 40+ people. ⚜️

The 504th meets at a different spot around the city each week and believes in this idea of “Bridge the Gap” — bringing people and communities together through running.

They run, stop, regroup, wait for everyone, then roll out again. The 5K can take close to an hour, but that’s part of what makes it cool.

A great way to see a little more of New Orleans — the neighborhoods, the people and the community they’ve built along the way. @gofastcrushgoals
