A big S/O to @shiftasrc, a lot of first time moments were experienced this past weekend at the Waterfall Half marathon, from 1st time official races , 1st time half marathoners and first time Seconders.

Looking at the results and the times achieved, PBs were definitely at risk however, I would be remiss as the above would not have been possible apart from our Seconders cheering,chanting and keeping us hydrated, @bonnie_bheya, @plantbasedmims , @modi.rwadi_ @lesole_semetjane @mskaysos @that_xavier and Thabiso to name a few…thank you🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽.

Was so good teaching back here at home 🇿🇦 I think by this point we had danced a million times so I was tired af but still had to do a young showcase for the class. 😭😂💀

Next level unlocked. First 21km done @shiftersrc.
Strava over mattress lol.
We initially said we will do 10km, then at 12km we agreed 21km is possible. The hills killed us a little but we survived. Still feeling fresh lol. Shout out to the crew today, and @mskaysos for encouraging us. The other day we celebrated our other runners going to comrade. #TheYearOfSettlement #ShiftersRunClub #StravaOverMattress ❤️🙌🏼💨🏃‍♂️
