Here I am!! 🙌 As a pitcher, a rotator cuff injury was a huge challenge — five long months of it. Recovery requires just as much discipline as daily training, and today I'm much better: stronger shoulder and arm, getting even stronger, and almost back on the field.

I owe it all to
Matías @apolowellness.ok and
Ramón @ft_duke_raymond — thank you both 🙏

And thanks to my team @the_bay_baseball
@j_carr7 for the support ⚾

¡¡Aquí estoy!! 🙌

Ask yourself honestly what’s your level of commitment to your athletic future?
If it’s not where you want to be then what are you doing to correct it?
What resources are you using to help you get to the next level?
What sacrifices are you willing to make to get there?
