Today’s brew is Kenya AA - a bold, medium roasted East African coffee - slightly acidic with a smooth finish (& our roaster Zach’s favorite! 😁)

Roasting is open to the public every Wednesday! October thru April hours are roughly 9:30am-2:30pm - hours are subject to change, and we try to update you day-of if they do! ❤️

This is my (compassionate, beautiful) person, Zach: a talented musician, a skilled handyman, and the best coffee roaster. I love experiencing life and new obstacles with you and watching you be the greatest Cat Dad™️ to our chunkos. Thank you for your kind heart and warm smile - you make every day worthwhile.
Happy Valentine’s Day, Zach 💛🍑
