After 12 years as our family home, the time has reluctantly come to sell Penny.

She’s a 70ft, three-bedroom, serial-electric narrowboat that we spent more than a decade developing into our idea of the ultimate liveaboard.

Penny was never built to a budget or with resale in mind. She was supposed to be our forever boat, and everything we learned from years of cruising and living aboard went into her rebuild.

We’ve cruised her extensively, raised our family aboard her, towed a 70ft historic butty with her and lived genuinely off-grid.

Our circumstances have changed, and rather than see her sitting unused, it’s time for someone else to take her on her next adventure.
