FOUND FOOTAGE: From my 2011 Men's Fitness shoot prep with Jordan Yuam who sadly passed during the pandemic.

Looking back at my time training with Jordan, who was famous for training @taylorlautner & @patrickschwarzenegger in a little hole in the wall gym in Valencia, it reminded me how much I’ve always gravitated toward people who are genuinely passionate about fitness and helping others become their best. Whether it’s @donsaladino @ashleyhowardpilates @sumiepie @the_butcher32 @jordanfperform or @coachoso52 I’m constantly inspired by coaches and trainers who bring energy, expertise, and purpose to what they do. 👊 🙏

Like Don Saladino says, chase a feeling! The best thing about working out is getting immediate results for your mental health. As summer approaches, surround yourself with people who motivate you to keep showing up. 💪

Relentless pursuit of excellence.

What you see now started as an empty warehouse and a vision bigger than the walls around it. The journey to build Thunderstruck Sports Performance has been just as rewarding as the final product.

Huge thank you to @functionalfitnessusa for helping bring it all to life. True professionals and even better human beings.

Ride the Lightning. ⚡️

It’s official.

Now providing performance rehab services out of Thunderstruck Sports Performance.

From day one, the vision was simple—bridge the gap between rehab and performance.

Not just for athletes.
For anyone who wants to move better, feel stronger, and perform without limits.

Grateful for this opportunity and thankful to God ✝️ for allowing it.

This is just the beginning.

Let’s work 💪🏽

Locked in. No distractions. No shortcuts.
Just work being put in — every single day.

Built different because the standard is different. ⚡️

Single-leg work done right.

The dumbbell single-leg hip extension is a powerful tool for developing posterior chain strength, hip stability, and control.

Focus on:
• Controlled tempo
• Full hip extension
• Maintaining balance and position

Quality reps over everything.

Train with intention. ⚡️

Save this for your next lower body session.
