Happy Birthday to my favorite person to do life with. ❤️

Thank you for always making me laugh, putting up with my chaos, and somehow still choosing me every day. From random adventures to lazy days and everything in between, life is just better with you in it.

The one person who can make me laugh even when I’m trying to be mad.

I hope this year brings you everything you deserve (and maybe a little patience for me too 😂).

Love you endlessly. 🤍

Still about the @npcnationals ...

Allyson is one of those athletes that reminds me why I love being a coach so much.
Yes, she has amazing genetics and beautiful bikini lines — but what really sets her apart is her work ethic. She works a lot, stays locked in, checks every box, and does it all without complaining.

She started working with us in April for a regional show and won her class.
In July, we took a shot at her first Nationals at the USAs and she landed in 3rd callout. At that point, most athletes would’ve called it a season… but she trusted me when I asked her to go for Nationals again in December.

The result? Pro card secured, competing against 21 incredible athletes in one of the toughest classes of the show. 🏆

I’m just really proud and grateful to have her on our team and to call her part of our family.

Now it’s time to repeat these hugs and special moments at the Pro League. 🔥
