Life’s been hectic, and I’m not in my best shape right now—but I’m still here and still showing up!

Collecting moments which are dear to my heart and are a remedy to my semi-collapsed after a burn out brain
.
I almost cancelled this dinner invitation after having another panic attack while buying some gifts to the wonderful kids of my girl Melissa.
.
And then I saw a story of Melissa, with a beautifully decorated Xmas table and she tagged me saying « I can’t wait to see you »
.
At that moment I realized that closing myself in my apartment, which I love, will not do the healing; instead going to the places where I am kindly welcomed will.
.
And lord, how grateful I am for going to this lovely « Jamaican Xmas dinner 🥘🎄✨🇯🇲 » which turned out to be an opportunity to:
1) meet Melissa’s entire family
2) meet new people
3) tiktok dance with girlz who love it as much as I do it 😜👯‍♀️🔥
4) and not to mention: eat « finger-licking-good » Jamaican food until I could literally roll out from the table 🤤
