Stopped at Delicious Bites on North Ave and grabbed banana pudding, strawberry crunch, pound cake, AND a salmon Caesar wrap. That wrap?! DELICIOUS 🤤 Great customer service too!

Milwaukee, have y’all tried this spot yet? 👀 Which dessert are you picking first?

Tried Delicious Bites for the first time and they did NOT disappoint. 😮‍💨🍓 Service was a solid 10/10 and this Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Jar gets an 8/10 from me. Creamy, sweet, crunchy… yeah, I’d go back. 😂

We had the BEST time welcoming the amazing students from Milwaukee School of Accelerated Learning to East Tosa!! 💛

As part of a grant-funded field trip, these inspiring 4th and 5th grade girls spent the day visiting women-owned businesses and we were so honored to be included alongside @thelittlevillageplaycafe #and @the_deliciousbites
At Nourish Skin & Sugar Studio, we shared our journey along with the challenges we’ve faced, how we’ve grown, and the lessons we’ve learned along the way. The girls asked thoughtful questions, brought incredible energy, and reminded us why creating spaces like this matters so much.

They also had time to explore, support local, and do a little shopping 🛍️✨

Experiences like this are so powerful. Giving young girls the opportunity to see what’s possible—and to hear real stories from women building businesses—is something we’re truly grateful to be part of.

Thank you for spending your day with us 💛 We can’t wait to see all the amazing things you go on to do!

B2K assistant & manager hit my phone and I really pulled up and FED THE TOUR 😌🔥

Not just food… they experienced a HIGH FREQUENCY CHEF 💫
Energy. Intention. Love. You can taste it AND feel it.

Everybody can cook… but everybody can’t feed mind body & ya soul.

When you really in your power and walking in your gift, opportunities find YOU. I ain’t chase this… I EXECUTED it 💋

And yeah… I put my people on too. Cause we ALL can eat over here 🤞🏾✨ EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH WAS A 10/10!!!

This just the beginning 🫶🏾
