Did you know that Spiderweb Collective offers more than just peer support for navigating gender affirming care? We also offer many kinds of harm reduction support.

As harm reductionists, we believe that everyone has the right to autonomy over our own bodies and are the experts on what we need. We also believe that there are many ways that we can collectively reduce harms rooted in criminalization. We think that harm reduction is a vital part of trans liberation, and we are always happy to be in community with other trans people navigating stigmatized and criminalized experiences.

If you’re a trans person seeking harm reduction support, feel free to come say hi at our monthly Clark Park distro or to reach out through message or email to request supplies any other times!

A practical set of strategies to reduce harms caused by the criminalization of drug users and sex work. “True self determination and total bodily autonomy”- Shira Hassan, Saving our Own Lives.

"When you find sorrow in your heart, may faith, hope, and love comfort you. When you are afraid and overwhelmed, may you find courage and support. Let this string I tie on your wrist remind you of the precious dear one you are. Your life is a blessing with your resolve for peace. "

Last Saturday, I was invited to speak at a community art exhibit at the Friends Center focused on HIV and STI awareness. It was a great afternoon of art, conversation, food, testing, and connecting with the community.

Thank you to the organizers for inviting me to be part of such an important and welcoming event! ❤️

Dine with purpose.

Join us on Tuesday, August 25, as a portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit @the_everywhere_project, a Philadelphia-based nonprofit working to expand access to harm reduction resources and education throughout the city.

Their work includes providing food, clothing, clean syringes, naloxone and overdose reversal training, fentanyl testing strips, and safer use supplies, while helping reduce stigma around substance use in our community.

In honor of Overdose Awareness Month, we’re proud to support their work.

Reserve your table now on Resy via the link in our bio.

Spent Saturday morning running with friends for 18.3 miles💋 I am so grateful to still be running after 19 years, for the mobility/stability/flexibility/strength I have today, & be surrounded by good people in this beautiful life 😘

Thank you to everyone who joined for some miles, said Hi, gave hugs/waves, HBD shoutouts, & to the boys from TJU who sang me happy birthday on their morning run🤣🫶

I LOVE using my bday long run as an excuse to dress up, spend time with my friends, & raise funds for a good cause.

$153 raised for @the_everywhere_project because its always #morethanthemiles & #harmreductionsaveslives

Here's to another year of spreading joy, building community, firecely inviting everyone to yoga, & working daily to be the change I want to see💋💋💋
