Booking Your Artist: 3 Things to Consider 🎶

Music is the soul of any occasion, setting the mood, and creating unforgettable memories. As you work through artist options for your event, here are three essential considerations to ensure you hit the right note:

Understanding Your Event’s Essence:
· Mood and Atmosphere: Are you aiming for an intimate, soulful evening or a lively, foot-tapping extravaganza? Ensure the artist or band you’re considering aligns with the mood you wish to set.
· Audience: Take a moment to think about your guests. What are their musical tastes? Are you covered for the Gen Z guests? Do you have a handful of classics for the oldies? Our incredible Artists cover many eras, they don’t just stick to one style. This caters beautifully for an event with diverse guests.

Professionalism and Experience:
· Portfolio and Past Events: Always check the artist's past performances and portfolio. This gives you a feel for their style, range, and adaptability.
· Communication: How responsive and communicative is the artist or their management? Open lines of communication are essential to convey your requirements and understand what the artist needs to deliver their best performance on the day.

Logistics and Technical Requirements:
· Equipment: Does the artist bring their own equipment, or will you need to provide or rent specific gear?
· Venue Constraints: Ensure the artist is aware of the venue size, acoustics, and any restrictions. This will prevent any last-minute surprises.
· The Finer Details: Always have a clear and detailed agreement that outlines performance times, breaks, and essential details.

By understanding your event's essence, ensuring your artist's professionalism, and sorting out logistics, you're on the right track to creating an unforgettable experience for you & your guests.
