POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been about a week since I completed my first full year as a kindergarten assistant teacher and I’ve got a couple things to say about the joy I experienced.

These kids genuinely changed the way I see the world. They are full of hope and excitement and they’re eager to learn and grow. Every day I had the honor of walking into work and seeing 14 bright faces that couldn’t wait to tell me about their new stuffy or what they packed for lunch or just give me a massive hug that rivals all other hugs ever given. I’m a better human being because of these students. I just pray that they will someday know how grateful I am for them.

To my Kindergarten students: If someday you’re stalking me on instagram (when your parents have given you permission of course), I hope you come across this post and read it. You are pure joy. I am honored to know you and have spent so much time with you. Thank you. ❣️

Ms. Kang, you are so inviting and generous. You made this year what it was just as much as our students did. I am forever grateful for you and your leadership. I love you very much.

Let’s do it again next year!! 🪩🤠

June.

So much good stuff.

School days and summer break. Friends and family. Sunshine and flowers. Travels and homebodies. Too many moments to hold in our hands and hearts.

Hi hi hi! Summer is slowly coming to an end and I reallyyyyyyy felt it this week. Three of my fabulous coworkers and I spent the week deep in reading workshops and all it made me want was for time in My classroom planning My things. I don’t want summer to end but I’m getting excited for the year to start! I’ll be back in a week with more updates. I just wanted to say hi 📚👯‍♀️👯‍♀️📚
