EVERY WORKOUT MAKES YOU BETTER 🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀🏀

As long as you focus and you have tunnel vision and you lock in. Once you set your mind to something... everything else takes care of itself.

@the_future5star is a GOODIE‼️
Yesterday I got to watch Amir hoop at the SA tournament with GOOD NRGY and he showed out. Amir was getting too it showcasing his lights out shooting and great finishing through attacks around the rim. Really a amazing performance that helped his team win games yesterday. 😎

Happy 12th Birthday to my youngest son, Justin Jr. 🎉💙
12 years of loving you, guiding you, and watching you grow into someone so special. You’ve got a heart of gold, a strong mind, and a personality that lights up every room you walk into.

Taurus season baby ♉️ — grounded, stubborn (yes, I said it 😂), but so loyal, loving, and determined. Once you set your mind on something, that’s it… and I admire that about you so much.

You’re not just my baby, you’re my joy, my laughter, and a big part of my strength. Watching you grow is one of the greatest blessings in my life. I pray this year brings you confidence, happiness, and everything you’ve been dreaming about.

Keep being kind, keep being strong, and always remember who you are. The world is yours, and I’m right here cheering you on every step of the way 💙

Enjoy every moment of your day… you deserve it all 🥳✨ Mommy loves you endlessly!

Happy hbd to my baby, my heart, my A’mir 💙

I’m in awe of your strength. The way you’ve grown, the way you carry yourself, the way you keep pushing no matter what life throws at you… it makes me so proud to be your mom. You’ve been through so much, and yet you continue to rise with determination, never settling for less. That’s your gift.

You’ve always been my rebel child — the one who moves with his own mind, his own vision, his own fire. And now you’re stepping into a new chapter, a whole new journey, and it’s your season. I’m right here ready to ride this wave with you every step of the way.

We locked in forever. I’m rocking with you until the wheels fall off.

There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you. Even when you stress me out (because you definitely do 😂), every moment with you is a blessing. Every moment is cherished. Being your mom is one of my greatest honors in this life.

I love you to the moon and back… and back again.

Happy 16th birthday, my son. Keep reaching for the stars ✨

9 years today.
And somehow it feels like yesterday… yet I still cherish the nine beautiful years I was blessed to have you on this earth.

You were born December 13 2007.
On December 13, 2016, you turned nine years old.
Just two weeks later, on December 27, 2016, our lives changed forever.

We spent that New Year by your side, loving you through moments no mother is ever prepared for—while the world celebrated fresh starts I wasn’t ready to step into.

On January 3, 2017, you transitioned.
You weren’t even nine for a full month, yet the love you gave and the impact you made will last me a lifetime and beyond.

January 3 will always hit my heart differently. It holds remembrance, reflection, and reverence. And still, I choose hope. I believe in new beginnings—not only for me, but for your siblings as well. I carry you with me into every year, every prayer, every step forward.

There is not a moment in time that you don’t cross my mind. You are forever a part of me—my heart, my soul, my everyday being.
Always loved. Always missed. Forever my son. 🤍🕊️
