🚨 YOUR BICEPS ARE STRONG… SO WHY IS YOUR HAND STILL WEAK? 💪🔥 135 LBS OF THUMB-DRIVEN PRONATION! ⚠️ THIS ONE OVERLOOKED MOVEMENT COULD TAKE YOUR ARMWRESTLING FROM AVERAGE TO DANGEROUS! Most lifters train biceps, back, and forearms. But how many actually train PRONATION? Pronation is the rotational strength that helps you control your opponent’s hand, protect your position, and apply your pulling power more effectively. 3 REASONS YOU NEED TO TRAIN IT! 👇 🥇 1️⃣ CONTROL THE HAND — CONTROL THE MATCH! Strong pronation helps you attack your opponent’s fingers, maintain leverage, and improve your toproll. 🥈 2️⃣ UNLOCK STRENGTH YOU ALREADY HAVE! You can have powerful biceps and back muscles, but weak pronation can limit how effectively you use them. Better pronation = better application of your existing strength! 🥉 3️⃣ STOP GETTING YOUR HAND TURNED OVER! Developing pronation strength helps you resist opponents trying to turn your palm upward and compromise your position. NOW WATCH THE DEMONSTRATION! 👀 💥 135 LBS ON THE PULL HEAVY GRIP MACHINE! I’m loading resistance through my thumb to challenge my pronation strength under a heavy load. This isn’t just about moving weight. IT’S ABOUT BUILDING THE ABILITY TO MAINTAIN HAND CONTROL WHEN THE PRESSURE GETS HEAVY! And here’s the important part… You DON’T need 135 lbs to benefit! Even a few sets of controlled pronation work with lighter resistance can help develop a stronger foundation over time. 📈 START LIGHT. MASTER THE MOVEMENT. BUILD RESISTANCE. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AVERAGE AND ABOVE AVERAGE IS OFTEN TRAINING WHAT EVERYONE ELSE OVERLOOKS! 👇 LET’S HEAR IT! DO YOU TRAIN PRONATION OR JUST BICEPS? 💬 COMMENT your favorite pronation exercise! 👍 LIKE if you learned something! 📲 SHARE with an armwrestler who needs this! 💾 SAVE for your next arm day! 💪 FOLLOW @LWTHEMACHINE for daily grip strength education, armwrestling training, and heavy lifting demonstrations! ✈️ ROAD TO JAPAN. 🇩🇪🇯🇵 #Armwrestling #Armdrücken #Hellboy #RoadToJapan #WorldChampionship
