🧠 The gym phase I'm begging you to skip ...! I wasted 2 years here: ❌ Junk volume ❌ 4-5 exercises per muscle ❌ Never tracking a single set ❌ Going through the motions wondering why nothing changed That was me. Sweating for nothing. Here’s what actually built muscle 👇 ✅ 2 hard sets taken close to failure ✅ 2-4 exercises per muscle, no more ✅ Beat the logbook every single week If you’re not adding reps or weight, you’re not progressing you’re just visiting the gym. My current 6-day split 👇 The gym phase I’m begging you to skip 🔴 Day 1 — Push • Incline DB Bench Press • Incline Skull Crushers • Single Arm Rear Delt Fly • Chest Fly Machine • Rope Push downs • DB Lateral Raises Day 2 — Pull • Weighted Pull-Ups • Hammer Curls • Zottman Curls • Seated Cable Rows • Preacher Curls • Behind-The-Back Forearm Curls Day 3 — Legs • Hack Squat or Pendulum Squat (3 sets) • Lying Hamstring Curl (3 sets) • Leg Extensions (3 sets) • Abductor Machine (3 sets) - Calves (2 sets) Day 4 — Push - Smith Machine Incline Press - DB Shoulder Press - Weighted Dips - High-To-Low Cable Fly - Overhead Tricep Extensions - Machine Lateral Raises Day 5 — Pull - Lat Pulldown - Incline Rotational Curls - Reverse Cable Curls - Single Arm Machine Row - Preacher Curls - Behind-The-Back Forearm Curls Day 6 — Legs - Romanian Deadlift (3 sets) - Seated Hamstring Curl (3 sets) - Leg Extensions (3 sets) - Abductor Machine (3 sets) - Calves (2 sets) Abs — Mon / Wed / Fri - Hanging Leg Raises - Cable Crunches Want this fully mapped out for 8 weeks straight? 👇 Comment “PLAN” and I’ll send you the link 🔒 (full system — sets, reps, progression, done for you) Save this so you stop wasting sessions 📌 Follow for more
