Well… Friday night was a BIG one. β€οΈπŸ† At the Logan Chamber of Commerce Business Distinction Awards, both of our businesses walked away winners: πŸ† Performance Studios β€” Education πŸ† Club Noir β€” Hospitality & Events And then came the moment we weren’t expecting… πŸ† Performance Studios β€” 2026 SMALL BUSINESS OF THE YEAR Three awards. One night. Still taking it in! Performance Studios has always been about more than singing β€” it’s about helping people find their voice, build confidence and know they belong. And Club Noir has its own special story. I could see what it could become, Stewart Fleming literally built it with his own hands, and today Jacob Parr runs it. To see it recognised in its own right was incredibly special. To Stewart, my husband and partner β€” thank you for building these dreams with me (sometimes literally πŸ˜‚β€οΈ). To Beth Parr, our Performance Studios Manager, and Jacob Parr, our Club Noir Manager β€” thank you for the enormous amount you both carry and for the heart you put into these businesses every day. And to our teachers, team, artists, students, families and clients β€” this belongs to all of us. A huge thank you to the Logan Chamber of Commerce, all the sponsors and particularly Bendigo Bank for continuing to back local business and community. And congratulations to all the winners on the night, especially Shelley Jacks and Magnus Health β€” Large Business of the Year. Shelley, after working alongside you with Carers Foundation Australia this year, sharing that stage as the Small and Large Business of the Year winners was pretty bloody special. ❀️ What a night for Logan business. We’ll keep building, creating opportunities and reminding people that their voice matters. Thank you, Logan. β€οΈπŸ†
