Some moments in life mean more than words can explain and this is definitely one of them!

Officially turning Pro for Epitome Skateboards is something I will carry with me forever. Skateboarding has given me so much and I am so grateful to have started this new chapter with Epitome.

There's been a lot of years pushing in the streets and contests around the world but coming home to my city, the place where it all began, makes this day more special than I can explain in words. Every session I’ve had with everyone, every mission, every spot, every contest, every injury, every video, every idea, every conversation, every setback and every comeback has played a part in this journey.

Thank you to everyone that came through to throw down and be part of the day, it meant so much and it was another reminder to the energy that made me pick up a board when I was 10 years old.

Thank you to my wife @roxyljohannes for believing in me since day one, my family, my friends that's been pushing with me for many years, to all the filmers and photographers that believed in my ideas that I have the privilege to know personally, Grant, Moe, Lyle, Craig, Ray and so many more thank you for everything and thank you to all my sponsors for all the continued support.

Everyone who has believed, watched a video or sent some words of motivation, thank you for being part of this journey.

A massive thank you to Johno from @johnosskateshop.co.za and Epitome Skateboards for believing in me and welcoming me into the team,It is an honour and privilege to be part of the team.

Thank you to @the_shred_skatepark for a place to learn so many tricks and for the opportunity to have the event and to @the_mat_guys for all the support with Monster Energy.

To the SA scene, thank you for continuing to grow the culture, the platforms and the dreams that come from Skateboarding.

Here's to the new chapter.
