Rose Comb Inkery’s 1st Halloween flash event! Come one Come all! 18+ that is , keep an eye out for our haunted flash that will be posted on Monday October 26th!
We will be doing a raffle with a chance to win a gift basket…. Or a 100$ tattoo certificate! Must prebook a flash tattoo to be entered into the raffle or can purchase a ticket for 5$ at time of walk-in tattoo, winners will be contacted via email so don’t forget to write it on your ticket!
