AMPLIFY HER WAS A VIBE 🫶🏻 got to play the legendary @themetri for a women’s empowerment event put on by @tuneinandtuneup.ri … an organization doing amazing work for mental health awareness in the music industry!! obviously we had to bring out two of my most hopeful mental health anthems for this one 🥹 music, women supporting women, AND a cause that matters dearly to me?? yeah, we’re so here for it.

AND WE’RE NOT DONE YET!! tomorrow (Thursday) I’m taking the girl power energy to Ladies Night at Levitate Backyard put on by @bizmarketinganddesign @valeriebarrettomusic for an ALL-WOMEN SINGER-SONGWRITER NIGHT 🎸💋 come hang, discover some incredible girly pops, and support the girls!!! ✿

Our hometown of Providence RI-we grew up on the East side, running through bus tunnels, drinking coffee milk, sneaking over the ivy walls to get high, and playing all the amazing venues our city had to offer(RIP Randy Hein/The Living Room).
The Met Cafe, which for years shared a door with the legendary Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel, was one of our favorites. When the Met moved to Pawtucket (Providence’s blue-collar sister-city) in 2009, they managed to maintain all the art and quirkiness and openness that made it such a great venue. We feel so lucky to get to play there again this month, on October 30th. Hope to see you there!

gig 4 + 5 of 5 ✿ WEEKEND COMPLETE!!

day started at @shepherdsrun Harvest Market, which is genuinely one of the prettiest places to play (the castle of South Kingstown I call it ;P) always such a beautiful afternoon here, and I’m so happy to be back. thank you for having me!! ♡

then it was off to the legendary music venue @the_met to meet up with the band for Amplify Her, a women’s empowerment event put on by @tuneinandtuneup.ri - a nonprofit dedicated to mental health awareness for musicians. naturally, we brought out two of our mental health anthems… Square One + Either Way ♡

5 gigs. 1 weekend. a lot of driving, a lot of music, and a very tired girl behind this account 🫡

thank you to everyone who came out, watched the livestreams, listened, and hung out with me this weekend. we survived the gig marathon and lived to tell the tale .ᐟ ✿ 😂🫶🏻

Sending big love to the @tuneinandtuneup.ri team, which put on a wonderful & well-attended benefit concert at The Met in Pawtucket RI run by Co-Directors Don Culp and Al Puerini, Pam and Bob Howard, Sarah Puerini and Kate Nouveau. I had a blast playing my songs with the killer house band led by Don 🎸and the rest of the female artists on the bill were fabulous. What a lovely community you have built! Your mission to provide healthcare for musicians is vital and needed more than ever. Rock on! 🤘🏻💙
