“It’s in my soul. And I don’t move and I don’t put shit out until I feel it in my soul... and you know it’s not an exact science. Sometimes I’m right, sometimes I’m wrong. If I’m wrong I’m wrong. It’s just an experiment. But if it comes out it’s something that I really felt... you know if you feel it fine if you don’t I did my best job. Fuck it.” –– Dr. Dre

Huge shoutout to The Pharmacy Studios and the HITMKR team for opening the doors and giving our students a behind-the-scenes look at where creativity, technology, and the business of music meet.
Independent artists: If you had to make your first $100 from your music tomorrow, what would you sell? 👀👇**

LL Cool J: “So, no limits in the production?”

Dr. Dre: “Absolutely not. Limits? What the fuck is that?

Man I’m fucking still active. I’m still trying to fucking make my best thing as a matter a fact, I’ve had this feeling in me L (LL Cool J) it’s just like, man there’s something in me that needs to get out creatively. It’s crazy, I know the best thing I’ve ever done is in me and I’m having trouble finding it. I don’t know where to go to get the inspiration, you know, I don’t know.

I know I’ve done a lot of great things but I feel like I haven’t done the best thing yet. I’m chasing it.”

“Dre everyday… we make a lot of music every single day. We make at least one song every single day. We don’t ever stop… whether or not people hear it it doesn’t really matter because he’s passionate. And when we’re doing this, I’ll say that and people would be like ‘oh so you make beats everyday?’ and I’m like no––we make full songs. Live players, midi producers as well, and vocals. Top to bottom. Verse, hooks, stacks, ad-libs, singing and rapping and whatever happens that day. We go in every single day.” –– Lola “KeepItOnTheLo” Romero

17 years ago, the world lost a legend, but I lost a mentor, a dream of meeting him, an idol..
I always worked hard all my life to be able to walk his path, and know I live in Los Angeles and work in studios he worked in!
I feel lucky and blessed that I am able to experience theses moments and sad that I can’t share them with him!
I will always be grateful for life that he is my hero, the reason why I do this and I created ECO’POP®, I just can’t stop loving you Michael ♥️
Thank you for existing and sorry the world treated you wrong!
