🚨 🚨 BIG NEWS AT THE PIT! 🦾🔥

Frank Prez is coming to The Pit on November 1st for my 40th birthday celebration, and he’s bringing something SPECIAL with him… a CUSTOM ARMWRESTLING TABLE FOR THE PIT CREW, delivered in person that same day! 💪

Of course, we’re giving him a proper welcome with a KING OF THE TABLE — “YOU THINK YOU CAN PIN HIM?” challenge! Who’s stepping up to the table?

📍 The Pit — Deer Park, NY
📅 Sunday, November 1st | 1 PM

Come celebrate, get some pulls in, and help us welcome PREZ to the Pit!

STRONGER TOGETHER. PRACTICE HARD. SUPPORT HARDER. 🔴⚫

Celebrating 40 trips around the sun. One table. One hell of a reason to pull.

This November 1st, I’m opening up The Pit for something a little different.

Come challenge ANYONE…pick your opponent, choose your table, choose your rules, and let’s see what happens. Then stick around for an open practice where everyone is welcome, regardless of experience level.

This isn’t about keeping score. It’s about pulling, learning, getting better, and celebrating the people who make this sport what it is.

Come test yourself. Come meet some new people. Come support the community.

COME PULL. GET BETTER. CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY!

THIS ONE IS BIG!!

It is my honor and privilege to officially announce that @cherryvalleysports will not only be the home of Summer Kickoff 7, but an official partner in bringing this event to life!

And this year, with the help of @cruuuuuzcontrol , the man behind Long Island Armwrestling, we’re pulling together for something special:

SUMMER KICKOFF 7: LONG ISLAND ARMWRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS!!

This is a chance to put Long Island armwrestling on the map and create a championship event that belongs to this community.

I’m incredibly grateful to Paul and the team at Cherry Valley Sports for believing in the vision and putting their time, space, and support behind it!

June 5, 2027.

We’re pulling together. We’re building it.

More Details to Come!

Massive credit to @divinor.film for the event flyer!

My first time competing at the New York State Championships was nothing short of an incredible experience! I finished 3nd place both arms in a powerful 220lb class. From the level of competition to the level of friendship and hospitality shown this was another top tier tournament put on by this group of top tier people!

MASSIVE thank you yet again to @viking0756 and @theblackscorpion17 for welcoming us back to another of their events and for opening their house to us like family. Also a big thank you to all you baddass pullers who showed up and showed out especially from our @teamlondonarmwrestling crew! You all are such great motivation and company, @mady.gagnier and I are so lucky to have you alongside for this journey!

This has been such an incredible past month of events with this weekend being the last of three events in four weeks! All my focus through those weeks went into keeping the body healthy and dealing with life outside of this sport but now that the dust has settled this will be the first of a few catchup posts I will be making in the coming week(s) as I have time.

For now it’s back to the table to get stronger, smarter and healthier. Hope to see you all at the next one but until then I hope you all rest easy and stay strong!

What an epic day with @the_nameless_ink ! 🤘🖤

We can’t thank the entire studio crew enough for welcoming @the_pit_ny Crew with open arms. Your hospitality, support, and belief in what we’re building meant more than you know.

Today was bigger than tattoos and bigger than armwrestling…it was about community. Watching different communities come together, support one another, and create something greater than themselves is exactly what this journey is all about.

This is what Stronger Together looks like.

Thank you to everyone who came out, got tattooed, met our athletes, shared conversations, donated, and helped make the Ink & Grip – Road to Worlds Fundraiser such a success.

Now let’s carry that same momentum forward.

Let’s all send @toproll_hashira to Japan with the same energy we captured today! From all of our different communities, we are stronger together. May your trip to Japan be filled with epic success, unforgettable memories, and the opportunity to show the world exactly what you’re capable of while representing us all! We are Team USA!🇺🇸🦾

This wasn’t the end of an event—it was the beginning of something bigger. Here’s to building stronger communities, stronger friendship, and a stronger future together. 💪🌎🔥 #collaborateandpulltogether #strongertogether #thepit #thenamelessink #longisland

The first week of my USA trip, New York/Newark, with my beautiful @tamikaw2003. Has been lots of fun, getting big and fat, loving the pizza.

Only downside has been enjoying an 18 hour delay at Newark Airport thanks to @united leaving us stuck at the airport for 26 hours with no hotel, no sleep, and some food vouchers that didn’t work so well. Losing a day at Disneyland and a night at our hotel. Wouldn’t recommend it personally.

Next up Florida. Theme parks, cruise, hopefully some more armwrestling. This country has good sized drinks and it’s difficult to find gyms.

Slim Jim’s fucking suck.
This country doesnt have @pepsimaxaus and the Pepsi Zero Sugar is a lot worse than my goat Pepsi Max.

Had an awesome time at @the_pit_ny armwrestling club! Daniel and his boys were kind enough to host for us the day after training. Some power over here for sure!
