Thank you everyone who got together to plan this years Angels Camp farmers market. All vendors who came out tonight, you have my gratitude. I am a born and raised local and I have been going to Angels Camp markets since junior high. This little market tonight was truly special for our little town. A lovely night with the excitement of seeing a new crowd in a beautiful location full of mementos of the past. Kids running around getting to build memories. Being able see Angels Camp can be fun.(It was also great to see some people around my age in Angels Camp for once too haha). A highlight was too see vendors selling such great produce and selling out. I saw so many people shopping tonight (which if you have gone to our markets in the past, is not always a given). Bringing locals and out of towners to our historic museum was such a great idea. I truly hope our market grows and grows. Great music tonight to top it all off. A round of applause to @angelscampfarmersmarket

Market Manager Sarah here, hopping on to say a few words about our wonderful, adored Angels Camp Farmers Market, my time spent as market manager, and my decision to resign as manager this year.

👉🏼The Certified Angels Camp Farmers Market, hosted by the Angels Camp Business Association, is a well established, highly valued community event. Serving as a weekly meeting place where individuals, businesses, and organizations can benefit from locally made and grown goods and positive, healthy associations- our market is an overall joy giving Friday night experience, with something every individual can enjoy.

🌳 ⛏ Our venue- Utica Park, rich in shade, beauty, and local history.

👩‍🌾🦸‍♀️Our staff- fun and dedicated vendors, volunteers, and customers with smiling faces, enjoying live music, conversations and sales.

Our offerings: The freshest and best foods available!
💥 Stone-fruits, melons, summer vegetables and greens, farmstead cheeses, locally raised beef, freshly made hummus’, baked breads and goods, fresh flowers and herbs, free range eggs, plant starts, fresh and dried mushrooms, jams, jellies and local honey, freshly squeezed lemonade, local handcrafted wines and brews, local artisan work, nuts, delicious hot food and dinner options, live music, raffles, kids events, and even much more!!

💚It is no wonder why the Angels Camp Farmers Market is the destination for so many- the best place to be in Calaveras County on a Friday evening!

🌻All of that being said- There is no doubt that I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent these last three seasons as market manager, and it was a tough decision for me to resign (still is 😢), as I will miss working with my vendors and market friends, however my busy mama and rancher wife life and goals are of utmost importance. 😃

But... you will still see my family and I at our booth @the_pollen_co and volunteering with market duties. 😀 We have some great things happening this season, I greatly look forward to seeing you all in June!!
