American Pro Recap…

Squat 2/3 727lbs/330kg
Bench 1/3 446lbs/202.5kg
Deadlift 3/3 760lbs/345kg

Total 6/9 1934lbs/877.5kg

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this meet. I fell short of the goals I know I am capable of accomplishing, but I learned a lot and had a good time overall. Coming into this meet, I knew none of it was going to be easy. I’m proud of myself for executing a pretty big water cut and still going out there and doing what I could on the day, somehow still improving my dots from the Arnold. With that said I’ve gotta be better and execute better.

Firstly I’d like to thank @smith8_tay for all the support, keeping my head on straight, and being there for me no matter what. I couldn’t do it without you.

@evanhawk_ for being there for me throughout the water cut and being the best coach out there.

@the_iron_union for the constant push and support throughout prep and training.

@the_american_pro_ for hosting a legendary meet. I will be back.

And another shoutout to everyone who’s been in my corner throughout my journey until this point. I appreciate every one of you.

Back to work.

XPC Arnold meet recap…

Squat 3/3 750lbs/340kg (+45lbs meet pr) (+33lbs atpr)
Bench 3/3 475lbs/215.5kg (+40lbs meet pr) (+12lbs atpr)
Deadlift 3/3 775lbs/351.5kg (+59lbs meet pr) (+25lbs atpr)

Total 9/9 2000lbs/907kg (+143lb comp total pr)

I honestly don’t know where to start with this one. It’s been 15 months since my last meet and I feel like I could write a book about what’s happened in that time. Over that stretch I encountered some of the highest highs and lowest lows in my life including my big injury 11 months ago. I’ve learned so much from this time and grown so much as a lifter and a person. We are still only getting started…

First I want to thank @smith8_tay for everything she does for me. No matter what, you’re always there for me, and that means everything to me. She also did a spectacular job of handling me at this meet and keeping my head on straight the entire time.

@evanhawk_ the best coach out there. We’ve been together for about a year now and I can’t thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me and helping me come back from my injury stronger than ever.

Big shout out to @the_quadkid for helping handle me at the meet and being a great friend throughout the entire process of prep.
