The DJ Sessions Official Mascot 🐶- because she’s a musical ball of energy on the decks!!! Love your energy and amazed at your talent at such an early stage of your DJ career Nina! Having so much watching you learn ✨👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I’ve spent the past 7 weeks running an introduction to DJ’ing course with 5 young DJs, ( @nina9petersen is 1 of them) which has been a deeply inspirational journey of building relationships with Nina, Mike, Kamva, Warren and Ryan through Music, the history of DJing, the origin inspirations of Hip Hop and House Music culture, and then the introduction to the technical elements of cutting, scratching and beat matching. What a privilege to share and build alongside these apprentices who have been hungry to learn, and have been brave to struggle to perfect and see the growth in this art of DJing. #djsessions #nextgenincoming #BearNecessities #DJFunkyChild #alllthestyles

🌹 SHE MOVES CULTURE 2026 | WOMEN’S MONTH 🌹 A night of movement, expression, battle and community, created in celebration of women in dance. From the moment the doors opened, the space came alive. Cyphers, conversations, music, battles, laughter and women showing up fully as themselves. She Moves Culture is about creating spaces where women can step into the circle, challenge themselves, connect with one another and be celebrated for who they are and how they move. Thank you to every dancer, judges - @tayane_lee & @gitagalina , Battle Guests - @ryn.jamani & @nina9petersen , DJ- @beukes.caleb_ , volunteer, supporter and person who shared in this experience with us. You helped make the space what it was. A special thank you to our brand supporters @the_mat_guys and @powerbush_drinks for helping us bring this experience to life. This is what She Moves Culture looked and felt like. 🌹 Celebrating women. Creating space. Building culture. And we’re only getting started. 👑 #shemovesculture #KanJyDans #kjd #WomensMonth #womenindance
