there’s no waste at the altar // if you have asked me about life at any point in the last year, chances are you heard me mention the college ministry @cotcdowntown that i get to direct!! & this past Sunday these incredible students led their very own prayer & worship night for other college students and I’m SO PROUD!!! Shoutout to them for writing manuscripts for prayer movements, choosing songs that reflected the scripture of the night, & praying the whole way through the process!! team @cotccollege_dt forever xoxo

long story:
This past summer I was reflecting on my college experience & how grateful i was for my Carolina church (shoutout Jay!!) & delight ministries for giving me soooo many opportunities to step into my passions and calling!! and with that reflection came grief that our COTC Students have not gotten the same opportunities so far directly in their home church. So a dream was quietly hatched in my mind to put on a fully college led prayer & worship night as a way for some of our students to dive into the dreams & gifts that the Lord has put on their hearts!! And WOW - WE DID IT Y’ALL!! so freaking proud of these students & this is only the start WOOO 🥳

3 years of leadership, learning, and laughter come to a close. I love these guys dearly and can’t wait to see what they do next. Proverbs 3: 5-6
