Happy International Women’s Day 🚺 🚺🚺

We couldn’t let today pass without throwing back to our very special feature length podcast episode, featuring not one inspirational woman but five!

Every one of our guests is a powerful and strong woman - someone that we see as a role model and an inspiration to other women, each in a unique way. We speak to an RAF Sergeant, an Inclusion Advocate, a Mum Influencer, an Entrepreneur and a Psychologist.

Each tell us their individual story covering topics such as gender bias, stereotypes, social expectations and the effect that these barriers can have on our mental health.

Link to The Happy Employee Podcast in bio, or listen wherever you get your podcasts!

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY 👩🏼‍🦱🧑🏾‍🦳👩🏻‍🦰🧑🏻🧒🏾👱🏼‍♀️👩🏽 👵🏼

Today is about celebrating women's achievements, raising awareness against bias and taking action for equality 💪

To mark the cause, we are celebrating five inspiring women each day this week.

First up is Beth Shippin. Beth is a serving member of the @royalairforceuk, whose success has taken her to the rank of Sergeant. 🚁 She is currently employed as a specialist training instructor and also contributes to the RAF through her work as an active wellbeing advocate.

Outside of the workplace, Beth is a keen athlete and speaks passionately on the power of a positive mental attitude. She is also the RAF Ladies Golf Captain. ⛳️🏌️‍♀️

Listen to not only her story of being a woman, but her inspiring mental health journey through chronic illness on The Happy Employee Podcast. Link to blog in bio or wherever you get your podcasts!

Interview minutes 01:52 - 17:50
