We’ve launched a Crowdfunder to help us continue developing our new work, The Difference a Year Makes.

Any donation, big or small, will help us keep the work moving towards its next stage and create more opportunities for dancers and local communities to be part of the journey. And if you can’t donate, sharing the Crowdfunder would mean a lot too!❤️

Follow the link in bio for more information!

Oh I know we’re still in the endless heat and chaos of the summer, but the evenings are drawing in, and aren’t you just a little looking forward to some slower and cosier rhythms? 🍂🌾🌛🍎

Here’s what I’ve got on over the Autumn, to find some connection with self, nature, community, spirit in the space between Mabon (autumn equinox) and Samhain (Halloween)

🌀 Disobedient Bodies day retreat is on early bird price for another week! 🐣 so if you’re planning on coming then booking early is the cheapest way to join, and super supportive for me in organising

All available to book on my website 💻 and feel free to send me an email if you have any questions, I don’t tend to get back to DMs very quickly!

✨ 200 hours later…

To my fellow Yoga Teachers:

My dream came true because of you. To give the very best, the very most — to each of you. To help you see and believe in your greatness. To guide you toward cultivating your own practice — to keep and to share.

Your personal expansion, the classes you created and guided, and the playlists you rocked confirmed, to my very soul, that I am on the right path.

Thank you for trusting me. Thank you for teaching me. Thank you for sharing your profound joy and wild success with me. Thank you for making my dream come true.

@sarahwilliamsyoga, you did it again — you were everything and beyond. It is an honor to practice, play, create and elevate with you. You are always a dream come true ✨

@menbehindsport, soulmate, sharing your wisdom with strength and grace, and making my coffee those early mornings. You are my dream and I love dreaming with you ❤️

Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes. Because for those who love with heart and soul there is no such thing as separation. {Rumi}

🚀 Join us for our next dreamy #yogateachertraining ✨ October 2026 - March 2027 🙏🏽 Link in bio, DM, email, call, telepathy…
