She didn’t just build a physique. She built discipline. Every early morning. Every meal prepped. Every workout when motivation disappeared. That’s what strength really looks like. We loved having @jaimileighjenner in front of the camera, showcasing that confidence starts long before you step on stage. As an FMG Pro Bikini athlete, Jaimi knows that the smallest details matter- including what you wear underneath. No distractions. No visible lines. No compromises. Just underwear that stays put, moves with you, and lets you focus on performing at your best. Whether you’re chasing a podium, a PB, or simply becoming the strongest version of yourself, confidence begins with the foundation. Thank you, Jaimi, for inspiring women to embrace the process, trust the work, and show up every single day. 💪✨ #TweakMeOnline #JaimiLeighJenner #FMGPro #BikiniAthlete #WomenWhoLift Bodybuilding FitnessMotivation StrongWomen NoVPL

Behind every “she makes it look easy” is a woman who had to decide, multiple times this week, not to quit. Let’s be real for a second. Some mornings, the weight of being the solo anchor feels heavy. The school runs, the business decisions, the endless snacks, the mental load of keeping all the plates spinning while trying not to let your own cup run completely dry. There are days I want to hide under the covers. Days where the imposter syndrome screams loud. But then I look at my kids. I look at the life I’m building. And I realize: showing up isn’t about being perfect. It’s just about refusing to back down. To every mum out there holding it down on her own, rewriting the rules, and building an empire while raising good humans: I see you. You are doing a phenomenal job, even on the days it feels like you’re just scraping by. Keep showing up. The world is watching, and your kids are learning what resilience looks like firsthand. ✨ Part of my daily armor? Eliminating the little frictions. When you’re constantly on the move, the last thing you need to worry about is uncomfortable gear. That’s why I wear @tweakmeonline- zero VPL, stays exactly where it’s supposed to, and dries in 30 minutes because honestly, who has time to wait? Drop a ❤️ if you needed this reminder today. We’ve got this. #solomumbychoice #aussiemumbusiness #womensupportingwomen #tweakmeonline #fitnessundergarments

The strongest confidence is the kind you don’t have to think about. Most women spend hours choosing the perfect leggings, the right sports bra, the matching gym set… yet settle for underwear that rolls, rides, digs in or shows through everything. We created Tweak because we believe confidence starts with the layer no one sees. The layer that moves with you through every squat, sprint, school drop-off, coffee run and late-night workout. No adjusting. No visible panty lines. No distractions. Just the quiet confidence of knowing your underwear is doing exactly what it’s meant to do so you can focus on everything else. Every product we create is designed by women who train, for women who refuse to compromise on comfort or performance. Because strength isn’t just built in the gym. It’s built in the small decisions you make every day. The decision to back yourself. To choose quality over convenience. To wear something that supports your movement instead of fighting against it. If you’ve ever forgotten you were even wearing your underwear… we’ve done our job. That’s the Tweak difference. What’s one thing you refuse to compromise on when it comes to activewear? 👇 Tell us below. #TweakMeOnline #NoVPL #SeamlessUnderwear #ActivewearEssentials GymConfidence WomenWhoTrain FitnessLifestyle

The top 5 questions I get asked as the founder of Tweak… And honestly? Every question reminds me why I started. I didn’t create Tweak because the world needed “another underwear brand.” I created it because I was tired of women training, running, lifting, sweating, stretching, parenting, competing, rebuilding and still having to think about underwear that digs in, rides up, shows through, or makes us feel self-conscious. I’m a mum. I train. I run a business. I’ve had days where I felt unstoppable and days where I questioned everything. But one thing I know is this: Women deserve to feel supported in the smallest layers, especially when they’re doing the big things. So here are the questions I get asked most and the honest answers behind Tweak.

Strength is built in the small choices. The reps no one sees. The standards you keep. The way you show up when it would be easier not to. At Tweak, we believe you should sweat the big stuff, not the small stuff - not chafing, not VPL, not underwear that moves when you do. Because resilience needs a foundation that stays with you. Train hard. Move freely. Back yourself. Some days, the hardest opponent isn’t standing across from you in the ring. It’s the voice in your head telling you to quit, to stay comfortable, to play it safe. Boxing has a way of stripping everything back. No filters. No excuses. Just you, your thoughts, your fears, and your willingness to keep moving forward when every part of you wants to stop. Vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s showing up when you’re unsure. It’s admitting you don’t have it all figured out. It’s stepping into the gym, into the ring, or into life knowing there’s a chance you’ll fail- but choosing to show up anyway. Every jab, every round, every drop of sweat is a reminder that growth lives on the other side of discomfort. Determination isn’t about being fearless. It’s about taking action despite the fear. When things get tough, I come back to one simple question: What’s your why? What drives you when motivation fades? What keeps you going when no one is watching? What makes the early mornings, the setbacks, and the sacrifices worth it? Your why is bigger than a workout, bigger than a goal, bigger than a moment. It’s the reason you keep getting back up. For me, boxing is more than fitness. It’s resilience. It’s discipline. It’s proof that I’m capable of more than I think. So when life throws punches, remember why you started. Dig deep. Stay vulnerable. Stay determined. What’s your why? 🥊🔥 #BoxingLife #MindsetMatters #StayDetermined #Resilience #WhatIsYourWhy GrowthMindset FightForYourGoals MentalStrength KeepShowingUp WomenWhoBox FitnessJourney DisciplineEqualsFreedom

Kickboxing isn’t just a sport for me- it’s a mindset. 🥊🔥 Every round teaches me something new about myself. The discipline to show up when I don’t feel like it. The resilience to keep going when my body wants to quit. The confidence that comes from knowing I’ve put in the work, day after day, long before anyone sees the results. People see the punches, the kicks, and the intensity. What they don’t always see are the early mornings, the sacrifices, the setbacks, and the commitment it takes to keep pushing forward. That’s where true strength is built. Kickboxing has taught me that confidence isn’t something you’re born with- it’s something you earn. It’s built through consistency, courage, and the willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Every challenge faced, every lesson learned, and every obstacle overcome adds another layer to who you become. I don’t fight because I hate what’s in front of me. I fight because I love who I’m becoming through the process. Stronger. More focused. More disciplined. More determined. The battle isn’t always against an opponent. Sometimes it’s against doubt, fear, and the voice telling you to give up. And every time you choose to keep going, you win. Stay disciplined. Stay hungry. Stay confident. The strongest version of you is waiting on the other side of hard work. 💪🥊 #Kickboxing #FighterMindset #Discipline #Confidence #StrongWomen CombatSports TrainHard NeverGiveUp MentalStrength WarriorMindset
