Our Founder & Chief Executive, Michelle Francine Ngonmo, has been named to The BoF 500 Class of 2026, joining The Business of Fashion’s global community of people shaping the fashion industry.

For more than a decade, Michelle’s vision has guided Afro Fashion Association with a clear purpose: to move beyond visibility and create meaningful access, opportunity and space for Black, Brown and underrepresented creative talent within the fashion industry.

This recognition belongs to her extraordinary journey, but it also reflects a collective story — one built alongside the designers, creatives, partners, mentors, institutions and community who have believed in the possibility of a more representative and globally connected fashion system.

From Milan to the world, the work continues.
