“I just want to feel expansive joy again; I am tired of feeling it all” is what I said to a friend yesterday. This morning I received a video from December - me skipping towards a warm ocean, sun on my skin, mango in tow, and a glowing sparkle in my eyes. And I saw her, the little girl in me, who knows how to feel pure childlike giddy joy. I know she lives me in so carefree and is always available. Sometimes I just forget to give her room to breathe! And so, I accept that this season of Spring may be a time of integration and coming back to myself. And boy oh boy, am I excited to feel the expansive joy of summer when all that shedding and integrating gives that little smiling mango munching girl the room to hop, skip, and jump on the new path I have created for her. Thank you to all the special humans that have featured in these moments of pure joy!

The Evenlode Blueprint This film has had my full attention for the better part of 2026. It’s about the UK’s largest farmer-led nature recovery project. The Evenlode catchment in the Cotswolds, where farmers, investors and land managers are working together at scale to restore a river system, not as a one-off gesture, but as a working model for how private finance and farming can rebuild nature side by side. We’ve just wrapped post production, and we’re having our first private screening in late September in London. No wider release date yet. Once we’ve found the right brand or distributor to bring this to a wider audience, we’ll share more. More soon.
