My goal for creating has been, and always will be authenticity.

I want to reach into the depths of me, pull out any darkness and bring it into the light.

For healing.
Deeper and deeper.
More and more loving.
With everything I create I hope only to bring more love, compassion, forgiveness and goodness into this world.

I believe this is what we do as creators. For change and to let the change ripple out. For something better every new step of the way.

There are no prerequisites for being a creator. You don't need fame, fortune, age, or connections.

What you need is a willingness to look within. A willingness to create something out of nothing. A willingness to be wrong and right. A willingness to take leaps of faith with courage.

Are you willing?

We might never stop being scared.
Scared to love,
Scared to trust,
Scared to try,
Scared to give something your all.

But we have to do it, do it scared.
Open your heart.
Believe in yourself.
Believe in the world around you.
Believe in your true nature, the value you have to offer.

Trust. Trust. Trust.

Wild life 🤯 last NYC bodypainting day with @connectionarts !!

Such a crazy thing to do, get naked & painted in NYC then proceed to march through the streets and hop on a double decker bus to ride around showing off the art that is our bodies. Last year was my first time participating and this year will be the last as its 10th & final year!

The theme of the year was "the artist voice" I chose a design that connects the heart & throat chakras representing to me the phrase speaking from the heart. You can notice the eye balls, to help us see clearly & the black and white to represent the time & space it may take to fully align our chakras (bc it doesnt happen over night)

It takes a lot of bravery and boldness to do something this wild so shout out to my model @d2p_04 and all the models who put themselves out there! Bring on the liberation and self-acceptance! 😍

If youre looking to gain more confidence and be more comfortable in your skin reach out! Let's get you painted! Maybe in a more private setting then the streets of NYC 🤪 this is a truly a healing art form 🥹🙏

Have you heard of "The Witch Wound"?

A quick Google search would tell you more than I could... there's even books on the subject

From what I know, I've heard it to be considered a "generational trauma" for people who are extremely gifted and in touch (or have the potential to be in touch) with their inner wisdom, spirituality, intuition, healing abilities, and creativity.

The wound, forced us to hide, keep quiet and mistrust each other, our innate gifts and inner knowings in order to "survive"

But trust me baby, that wound is coming to light and healing! ✨ (even for those who would never think to call themselves a witch, uhhh me!!)

You are powerful beyond your wildest dreams (yes, those wild dreams!!!)

🖤🧡🌟🪄 let your magic be seen heard and shared with the world. WITH COURAGE!

be open magick, be open to a world that is open to magick 💥 WE NEED IT, DONT YA THINK?!

Are you vibing with this idea of being a witch??✨ have you heard of the witch wound? What do you know about it? Use your voice babes!!

Thank you @mandypiccianiphoto
Amazing work as always!

Tagging my favorite witch shop for a special shout out 🥰 @mandysmagick

woman's empowerment!

During @fabaic they have what we call paint jams every night, imagine a giant room filled with hundreds of artists creating together *aka heaven*

It was the last night for the jams, and I was ready for magic! I knew I wanted to be painted in this dress, and went to the jams with an open heart. I chose a random table, to sit and put my own things down and not long later did @elishevaavivi choose the same table. I never met her before, didn't know anything about her, or her work but I asked her to paint me and boy was I blessed!! Literally! All I asked was for her to use the dress as inspiration, she did the rest!

The amazing @elishevaavivi was the painter and I sat as her model and we connected about the most wonderful things, and discovered we share some special dreams, especially along the lines of sharing body paint for woman's empowerment. At the time, Eli had already been thinking about this and even had some questions she plans on asking her clients before she paints them that all of us at the table played with answering! It was such an beautiful, inspiring, and heart warming experience.

You can see easily by the photos how the results leads to self love, empowerment, confidence, connection, truly being seen by one another....it all shines through!

Eli is so purely sweet and you can just feel her strong, calming, love energy! I'm grateful we had this painting to connect us, @fabaic to connect us, and the power of body painting and shared dreams to connect us!

Thinking of you and miss you Eli!!

If you're reading this and finding yourself inspired to try something like this, I have a woman's circle Thursday (TMRW!!) 7-9pm! DM for details!

"I will remember today"

NYC bodypainting day was SERIOUSLY a life changing, unforgettable day... my mind is still blown from it!

I don't think I've ever done something this out there... literally OUT THERE! photos and audience from the moment we started until the moment we stopped... am I famous now?🤣

I'm grateful for the unexpected support I had and for the bravery shared, I was paired with a random model, and the model paired with a random artist! (Me!)

Doing this really gave me soo much, most note-able a level of confidence and full body acceptance like NEVER before... that's what its all about!! (and I wasn't even a model 😂

i'm so happy to be able to do this funky work, and hope that instagram doesn't punish me for posting art LMAO

thanks for the continued support y'all! filled with inspiration!
