This is what 15 years of holding onto a dream looks like. 🥹❤️

15 years of believing in something. Of putting it on the back burner. Of wondering if it would ever actually happen. And honestly, moments when I almost stopped believing it was possible.

And now… I’m SO CLOSE. 📚⛳️

I just made the public announcement about my children’s golf book launching in December, and I have to admit something…

I AM LITERALLY TERRIFIED. 😭😂

There’s something about saying a dream out loud and sharing it with the world that makes it all feel VERY real.

I couldn’t help but share this moment because I am truly in ALL THE FEELS right now.

Excited. Scared. Proud. Overwhelmed. Grateful. And maybe a little in disbelief that something I’ve dreamed about for so long is actually happening.

I have a feeling there are going to be A LOT of tears over the next few months. Happy tears, I hope! 🤞❤️

And if there’s one thing I’m learning, it’s that sometimes the things we want most are also the things that scare us the most.

So here’s to chasing dreams, even when they scare the heck out of us. 🥹✨

Oh, and on a VERY serious note…

Does anyone have a good recommendation for WATERPROOF mascara and eyeliner?! 😂💦

Because clearly, I’m going to need it! Hahaha! ❤️

Why are so many people looking for mid-term rentals?

In this conversation, Scott and Abi discuss the growing need for temporary housing and why mid-term rentals can fill the gap between short-term stays and long-term leases.

Abi shares that one of her properties in Ohio has been active for roughly 2 to 2.5 years and has experienced only about 2–3 weeks of vacancy.

The demand can come from:

• Remote workers
• People relocating to a new state
• Traveling nurses and doctors
• Insurance housing
• Corporate housing

Not everyone wants to be a traditional long-term landlord or operate a short-term rental.

Mid-term rentals offer another option.

Today we were Blessed enough to have the strength and health to complete another Murph.

This workout is in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. Every Memorial Day we honor him by doing this workout which is 💯 mental.

This year I did it with my 15lbs vest RX:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
