A morning well spent. 🏃‍♂️☕️

The Running Blueprint brought together a community of runners for a morning of expert insights, practical education and putting it all into practice.

From training and injury prevention to the role of protein and collagen in your running routine, Sam Christodoulides, Veronika Larisova and Nick Walker shared their knowledge before we hit Centennial Park for a run together.

Finished off with smoothies, snacks, collagen coffee and a few Chief goodies to take home. 💙

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning what it was.

The Running Blueprint is a morning of practical running education with Sam Christodoulides, Veronika Larisova and Nick Walker. We'll cover training, injury prevention, and how protein and collagen fit into it all, with time for your questions at the end.

Then we put it into practice with a run around Centennial Park before heading back to VIE Market for smoothies, snacks and a Chief goodie bag to take home. Collagen coffee is on us when you arrive.

Well done to everyone who showed up this morning to run one or two laps of the block! Whether you were chasing a quick time, having a social jog, or simply getting out the door — it’s always better when we do it together.

That’s what North Ryde Run Club is all about: all paces, all abilities, one community.🙌

Run a lap, run two, have a chat, meet someone new, then stick around for the best part — a well-earned coffee and catch-up at @maggioscafe . ☕️❤️

Thanks for continuing to make Thursday mornings such a positive way to start the day. The running brings us together, but it’s the people and friendships that keep us coming back.

What an incredible Saturday at the Ryde City Super Run Club! 🏃‍♀️✨

I was so excited to be part of this fantastic event, supporting the running community and helping runners recover with some post-run remedial massage. 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️🦵

There was such an amazing atmosphere on the day - so much energy, encouragement and community spirit! It was a pleasure to meet so many runners and be part of an event that brings people together through movement, health and wellbeing ❤️✨️

A huge thank you to @theactivewalker and @northryderunclub for hosting this special event and having Revive Therapeutic Massage there. I absolutely loved being part of it!

I had the privilege last Saturday to meet some of the greatest people in our community and provide them with free goodies and tastings. Always such a good vibe with the @northryderunclub and the other run clubs involved, was so exciting to see new faces and getting to know everyone!
