I ventured into Nashville on my birthday to see my amazing healer friend @melaniejoye.lmt to swap treatment & celebrate our year. Melanie blessed me with an intense healing session that lifted & released some serious gunk that had accumulated in my body due to a very challenging year. I walked away on an incredible, blissful cloud! You should definitely go see her!!!Then I was surprised and delighted by an invite to join an old, and dear friend, @salientmark Mark Duckworth to hang and catch up @concordmusicpub for a corporate tour & a much needed friend-catch-up. Not only did Mark and I live through high school & youth group together, but he & I sang together in a gospel group In 1998-99–an incredible & formative season of my life. Some friends leave such an impact that they affect your outlook, your perspectives & your entire destiny. I can’t imagine a more healing & inspiring birthday, much less, the endless onslaught of birthday wishes I received from friends all over the world. My phone was simply blowing up all day. I see you! Thank you for acknowledging me! I ended the day at home with an awesome night with @dlythamyers and the kids. I feel loved, cared for, and healed today by the great friendships of my life. I am so thankful for you all. You have all made this groundhog one happy man. Mark blessed me with some complimentary vinyl from Concord, and I’m featuring one, out front, that I think @richardwblake will appreciate… You should go watch his movie @theactor2024 featuring @collectivesoul on the soundtrack… a fav of mine too. #happygroundhogday #happybirthdaytome🎉 #thankfulgratefulblessed #lifetimefriendship #stayintouch
