Buccal..truly is all things amazing. There’s something quietly beautiful about working with the facial form from the inside out, exploring the relationship between the soft tissue, fascia and facial bones.
Buccal offers intentional touch, a deep release and lymphatic support to honour the natural architecture of the face. Curious what your face might reveal when we work a little deeper? Come experience it for yourself!

Are you tired of holding tension, lacking energy, or feeling overwhelmed?

Life is demanding. Work doesn't stop. Calendars stay full. And somewhere in there, the space to reconnect with ourself disappears.

This Full Moon at TAO, we're giving it back.

Three modalities, one reset to support the body physically and energetically. Yin yoga opens the postures. Acupuncture (1–2 points per pose) moves the Qi and releases what's stuck. And @chiwithbri's sound healing settles the nervous system underneath it all.

Ready to feel the shift?
Reserve your spot today (link in the bio).

Class begins at 7:15pm, Thursday, September 24.

Comment TORONTO and I’ll drop the link straight to your inbox.

We have never taught in Toronto before. This one is new, and I could not be more excited to be hosted by Amber and Meaghan at TAO.

April 10 and 11, 2027. Twenty CEU and PDA. Two days of hands on muscle specific needling and palpation technique with a room full of acupuncturists ready to close the gap in pelvic care.

Every practical starts the same way, a room of strangers, and ends the same way too, a room of colleagues who know exactly what to do with their hands when a client walks in and says the thing they’ve been too afraid to say to anyone else.

Registration is open. Comment TORONTO and I’ll send you the link, or go straight to it here: thepelvicacu.com/pelvic-acupuncture-course-toronto

Let’s do this.

You’ve probably seen those circular marks on athletes and wondered, “What the heck is that?”

That’s cupping.

@benshelton is one of the many elite athletes who has incorporated cupping into his recovery routine.

After suffering a shoulder injury at the 2025 @usopen , he made his way back to the court and went on to win the @nbotoronto and Montreal in 2026. 🎾

Cupping is a traditional East Asian medicine technique that uses suction to the skin and may help support local circulation, ease muscle tension and reduce pain.

But here’s the thing: you don’t have to be a professional athlete to benefit from it.

Whether your body is dealing with training, desk life, parenting, stress or simply everyday wear and tear, recovery matters.

And that’s flipping good for us.

Try it yourself @theacupunctureoasis
