I used to have a very strange relationship with dance for a while, but getting back to it and being able to dance from the heart has been the greatest feeling ever
Thank you so much for this piece and dancing with me @theaholfelt 🫂

Sweden, you have my whole heart.

I don’t usually pour my heart out on here, but I felt like this specific place deserves to be appreciated a little extra.

It was my first time at @040_dance , and all I can say is that ever since I left the camp, there hasn’t been a day where I haven’t wanted to revisit at least one moment of it. A room where I felt safe from the moment I entered the space and where I could just express, let it go, challenge myself, explore and take everything in.

I truly appreciated this year’s concept and the way the whole schedule was put together. Getting the time to deep dive into each teacher’s pocket instead of just touching the surface. I really felt the quality of the training throughout the entire camp because of the way everything was structured. So much to take in, so much to learn from, and definitely so much that I took with me.

And I couldn’t have asked for better people to share this week with. I’m genuinely so grateful for every single person I met here and for all the little moments, conversations, classes and memories we got to share.

Thank you @040_dance , thank you Malmö, and thank you to all the beautiful people who made this week what it was. I really hope our paths cross again very, very soon🙂‍↕️❤️
