For my girls in their working-on-ourselves era—Pilates classes, gym days, and cute matching sets… your workout look needs a waist chain, babe. 🤎

Custom-fitted to your waist and welded for that permanent jewelry moment, it’s the cutest little touch over your favorite leggings. Because even when we’re working on ourselves, we’re still accessorizing. 💅🏽

Watch until the end to see her with the full workout fit 👀✨ Don’t be surprised when someone in class asks where you got it! Hehe ✨

As Hispanic Heritage Month wraps up, I want to highlight Latina-owned Pilates studios creating spaces for our community to move and connect.

It’s been an endlessly heavy time in the world, and personally, life has felt overwhelming too. Movement has been one way to care for my well-being, and Pilates has become a fun way to switch things up.

Of course, being a Callejera, I love turning each class into a mini adventure by exploring a new Latina-owned studio and also visiting a local coffee shop or juguería in the area afterward.

Even better, I’m supporting Latina entrepreneurs building community and making wellness more welcoming and accessible for us.

Swipe to discover 10 Latina-owned Pilates spaces around LA worth supporting!

𝒮𝓉𝓊𝒹𝒾𝑜 𝒟𝒾𝒶𝓇𝒾𝑒𝓈 : 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐈𝐈🩶

1. @thehouseofcue : the dreamiest studio ✨ a little heat, a lot of reset under the stars ✨

2. @thealmapilates :Soft, clean, and effortlessly calming in this non heated mat workout ☁️ wish the workout didn’t end 10 mins early 🥲

3. @_baligned : Birthday Pilates, but make it sweaty 🎀 A cute little space, giving a big burn. (On Class Pass)

4. @qorestudio : heated Pilates,The kind of class that humbles you 🔥

5. @nrvnastudios : New studio, fresh space, offering both heated + reformer classes 👌🏾 (On Class Pass) hands down one of the toughest heated Pilates classes I’ve experienced thus far! 😮‍💨 with @sweatwitheuni

6. @pulse_lagree : Lagree = the hardest workout. This studio understood the assignment. 💪 (On Class pass)

The classes. The early mornings. The sore muscles. The days I almost talked myself out of going.

I’m not chasing perfection. I’m building a lifestyle I don’t want to give up on. 🤎

30 day Challenge, 24 down. 5 more to go. One class at a time.
