It’s CUDDLE season🧸 and here’s a spot to keep you warm if you don’t have a boo. I went to Pho Saigon 8 🍜located on S Rainbow Blvd, I have been to other locations but this one is the best.

Chinglish🥢🤩

My favorite dish is the chow fun and their Chinglish Sangria. If you’re in the Summerlin area you need to try them out. They also have a Kosher restaurant if you’re interested.

The BLVD Breakfast & Lunch Kitchen

Shoutout to Marjorie she took great care of me! She’s full of personality and really sweet. She explained the menu really well.

I started with the fruit platter, Tequila Sunrise and a Cranberry Pineapple Mimosa🍾🫐🍉🍍🍓 Everything was really delicious and refreshing.

Next I ordered the Breakfast Fajitas with Carne Asada and it was seasoned well very flavorful. The peppers really made the dish and made it pop. Also the refried beans were a little spicy but I enjoyed them.

The California Omelette was not my favorite it was pretty bland to me, a regular omelette nothing extraordinary.

Lastly, the finale the Ribeye & Eggs 🥩🥚 the presentation was great. I would say that I think they should figure out another way to have the fire show some of my vegetables were charred but nonetheless the steak was good very juicy.

I’ll be returning to the Blvd, you should check them out.
