I had the best Birthday 🎉/Valentines🩷weekend ever!
•Slotzilla Zipline-Superman Cheehoo style with my Honey
•Island Night at the Main Street Casino Buffet with my favorite people
•Valentine’s Day drive to Pahrump to support our friends & watch good HS Bball-3A Regional Championship
•Dinner at Outback-filet mignon & lobster were yummy
•Yummy Bday breakfast by my girlies💖
•Made up our own game- Pickle-Hand-Volley Ball on a Tennis Court (was too windy for pickleball). Then played Dodgeball but along the fence so we didn’t have to chase the ball😆
•Got a pedicure courtesy @larissasoifua
•Got a bday haircut by Carrie @mosaicsalonandboutique
I hadn’t cut my hair in 3 or 4 yrs & cut off 7inches. It was time😊
My family treated me & celebrated me all weekend!

8 week #transformation done and we are still going.

If you want me to let you know when our next challenge starts put a fire emoji in the comments and or tag somebody who you know we want to jump on.

Anybody can do a challenge for 23 or 28 days, but it’s not about the duration of time, it’s about the repetitions that builds habits. Knowing that we as humans mostly operate subconsciously off of habits, and habits are the gateway to future actions, this is why challenges are eight weeks, to solidify a lifestyle change.

For example Justin who is a teacher, oilfield worker, on the school board, on the city Council, has 10 kids, or if you’re a mom that is homeschooling, and busier than busy, we all want a better life for ourselves. It is an innate need in us humans to want more and be challenged.

As talked about an atomic habits, the sweet spot is about 50-50. 50% is easy of what we do and automated, and the other 50% is challenging. This is that incentive that keeps us going.
Thank u @micfitwelsh for being that catalyst for me to finally read the book.

It’s important to me, if you were in this challenge, or in a previous challenge, or no challenge at all, or allowed me to coach you, that you had a big part of me learning how to be a better coach.

Eat this on repete.

We all know healthy fats are needed for muscle repair and growth, healthy fats are fats that include Omega-3.

But when we are deficient in Omega-3, the first sign is brittle or dull skin, hair, n’ nails.

This is why omega-3’s are classified as Essential. What’s this means to u is that you bod does not make them, they need to be consumed.

How would u know if u need it?
Well, do u eat processed or packaged food? Look at the amount of omega-6 in those foods, this causes systemic inflammation.

Mor ppl know if they are inflamed as they have aches or pains, or a chronic deseas, food allergies, irregular hormones, bodies inability to self regulate temperature ,,,the list goes on.

So as we know protein is Essential Amino Acids, omegas are Essential Fatty Acids. W/o these two things your body will not function properly.

If u wanna know how inflamed u are, go to your Dr and ask him for a Ratio Test, or a Balance Test.
Or ask me, and the same company I get my Omega-3 from, has them too.

To all of us who like to work and progress and chase our ambition as well as taken care of everything and everyone.

Like @juliadrysdale_ said , “Life is too short, by the festival ticket”. There comes a time in your life when if we do not prioritize finances where they need to, and also time, there will come a time when we have no other option. Life is too short, you’re gonna have to just bite the bullet and do the opposite of what we have been programmed by our parents to do, to put ourselves last.

Oh man where to start...I know I haven’t posted for #llrsquadlife for awhile now but it was a HUGE part of my life for sometime! And really it’s just because of the people!!! Vision last year was one of the greatest times I’ve ever had and it was something I needed so badly at the time! I can’t wait for the next time that I get to see my people 😭

I’m sad that something so great is coming to an end, but it’s really just the beginning of something new and exciting!! 😍
