POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I had the opportunity to go on tour with Wielded Steel last month. Three weeks in a van with these boys, and I would do it again in an instant. So many great times, so many fun memories, so many cool people.

Heaven Across North America part 2
Huge thanks to everyone who came out to these shows. This was by far the most fun any of us have ever had on tour. @kaonashipa @girlofglassdc @wieldedsteel were a joy to be on the road with. Couldn’t have done it without @summerdefalco_ @newjunkaesthetic @bails_gabbert
Also wanted to add that a lot of people thanked me / the band for backlining our rig for this tour and I just wanted to say we will ALWAYS do that. I love seeing my friends play my drums. We want the show to run as smoothly as possible so we can all focus on playing music and jumping on each other heads.
What we really have here is community and I know my band and the rest of this touring package are so grateful for that community. I see a lot of people online that are lonely, who barely leave the house because they work from home or whatever it is they’ve got going on, and I really feel like the antidote to that loneliness and atomization we all experience is this music community. We are so lucky to have this and we need to nurture it. There were no solo artists or eye wide shut masks on this tour, just bands full of friends who want to make something together. I cherish that.
