You train your body. But when was the last time you trained your mind? 🧠✨

We go to the gym to build strength, endurance and flexibility.
Our minds need the same kind of training.

Because every day, we’re strengthening something — our doubts or our confidence, our fears or our vision, our old patterns or the person we’re becoming.

Going to the mental gym means learning to become aware of your thoughts, redirect your attention with intention, and practice new ways of thinking until they become new ways of being.

And just like physical training, transformation doesn’t happen after one workout.

It happens through practice, repetition and consistency.

That’s why having the right tools, structure, support and accountability can make such a difference. You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Your mind is one of the most powerful tools you have.

Train it for the life you would love to create. ✨

Ready to start your mental workout?

DM me “READY” and let’s talk about the tools that can help you turn intention into transformation.

Last night’s Sitting with Plants session was extra wonderful. We reveled in the full moon, communed with Mugwort, wrote poems to our future selves, talked decolonizing herbalism, AND shared some good laughs.

I love this ever-growing community of bad ass humans and Plantcestors!
