As many of you know, I’ve been posting about my push for @nbc to order U.S. versions of @rollinginititv and @bbcthehitlist and that mission is still ongoing. However, I would now like to tell you about two other British game show formats that I think would work best on @abcnetwork. Those two are Beat the Chasers and @theanswertrap.

Beat the Chasers:
One contestant answers up to five questions to build their bank and then faces the Chasers from @itvchase to win the money. The more Chasers they face, the more money they have a chance to win but the more time the Chasers have on their clock while the contestant always has 60 seconds on their clock. The show was created and co-produced by @potatoitv and format rights are held by @itvstudios.

The Answer Trap:
Teams of two contestants compete to win money by finding the correct answers to questions while trying to avoid false answers called “traps” which are set by two legendary quiz players called “trappers”. The show was created and produced by @objectivemediagroup and format rights are held by @all3media_int.

Beat the Chasers would obviously be hosted by @sarahaines who hosts @thechaseabc and the Chasers would be the same ones from the main show, @bradrutterofficial, @realjamesholzhauer, @buzzycohenofficial, @brandon2.jpeg, and @gracewithano and the show would be produced by @itvamerica and executive producers would include @dmarshallg76, @madarehs, @sithwit, and @juschaeffs of ITV, and showrunner @vincentrubino.

The Answer Trap looks like a show that @kerrywashington could host and some good Trappers would be Raj Dhuwalia and @jonathancorbblah. The show would be co-produced by @simpsonstreet and Objective Media Group America and executive producers would include Kerry of @simpsonstreet, Layla Smith and @jillypearce of OMG, and someone like @glennpire as showrunner.

I thought of this in honor of Andy Sockanathan and James Smales (the former of whom co-created Beat the Chasers and the latter of whom co-created The Answer Trap) joining RDF this week as development executives. These are great formats so let’s hope ABC brings them to America someday.

✍🏾 July - This tattoo represents my love of dance, feeling free and expressive and my dad telling me that I'll be "a star" in my own way. Thank you to the incredible @tattoosbyzipporah .

💫 October - my You Are A Queen greeting card was in @sainsburys stores across the UK! I felt so proud!

👠 November - I was cast in the @cygnetplayers production of Kinky Boots! Come and see me perform in February! 🤩

👩🏾‍💻 December - Mr gifted me a @cricut for Christmas! 💜 Yes, I cried 😅 because I've wanted one for sooo long lol. I can't wait to start creating, so look out for new products in the new year!
