What a beautiful experience it was talking about scenes from my book, #Boomerang, and sharing the creative journey behind it with the Anthropology community.

We explored some of the difficult but necessary conversations the book raises domestic violence, the silent struggles of young boys who experience abuse, and the realities many people often shy away from discussing. It felt like I was answering a million questions in such a short time, but I genuinely loved every second of it.

There’s something special about connecting with people who are curious, thoughtful, and willing to engage deeply with stories and the issues they reflect. I’m grateful for the opportunity, the conversations, and everyone who took the time to listen and ask questions.

My heart is full. ❤️
