OMG! What a gift 😮 @elevatesd Solana Beach is partnering with Solana Beach Wellness Collective to offer our practice members 20% off classes and memberships at Elevate Training. Lagree, versa, infrared sauna all available in Solana Beach location. My personal favorite, Vista location, has childcare 😍 other locations include 4S Ranch, Carmel Valley & downtown. Look great. It was my preferred method of working out during pregnancy and now postpartum. @pelvitone.physical.therapy agrees that we love Lagree for postpartum moms once their pelvic floor is ready to work out again 💃🏻

What is microcurrent, and why do I use it instead of needles? Microcurrent is a gentle therapy that uses low-level electrical currents—similar to the ones your body naturally produces—to support healing at the cellular level. It works along the same meridian pathways used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, but instead of puncturing the skin, it communicates directly with your nervous system and tissues to regulate, repair, and restore balance. 💡 It’s safe, subtle, and incredibly effective for: • anxiety + overwhelm • pain + inflammation • nervous system dysregulation • emotional trauma stored in the body • kids who need extra support (without fear of needles) This is acupuncture, evolved. Needle-free, nervous system-focused, and deeply restorative. Curious if it’s right for you? ✨ Send me a message or drop a comment below. I’m happy to answer questions. ##solanabeachwellness #microcurrenttherapy #chinesemedicinemodernized #microcurrenthealing #holistichealth #nervoussystemsupport #NeedleFreeHealing #NervousSystemSupport #HolisticHealing #Biofeedback #SolanaBeachWellness #WomenInMedicine #FrequencyMedicine #ModernAcupuncture #CourtneyHelmsWellness

A lot of people are curious when I say I practice acupuncture—but don’t use needles. ⠀ The truth is, I could use needles… but I choose not to. Why? Because there’s a gentler, equally powerful way to work with the body: microcurrent. ⠀ Microcurrent works with the same meridians and channel systems as Traditional Chinese Medicine, but uses subtle, healing frequencies to help regulate the nervous system, reduce pain, and restore balance—without ever breaking the skin. ⠀ It’s needle-free, kid-friendly, and perfect for sensitive nervous systems. ⠀ ✨ If you’ve ever been curious about acupuncture but hesitant about needles, this was made for you. ⠀ 🧠 Want to learn more? 💬 Drop your questions below or send me a message to book. 📍Solana Beach, CA ⠀ #NeedleFreeAcupuncture #MicrocurrentHealing #NervousSystemSupport #HolisticHealth #SolanaBeachWellness #EmotionalHealth #ModernAcupuncture #BioenergeticHealing

Can you hit your goals? Is it physically possible? 🧐 Yes! But you need to follow this math equation that I show you in Free & Clear: My Private Practice 🌻 What is the math on calculating your income? Number of Appointments Per Day x Price Per Service = Total Amount of Income Per Work Day 💻💻💻 Multiply that by how many days in the week you work. Now multiply that by number of weeks in the month 🤓🤓🤓This equals the total income you are PHYSICALLY ABLE to make per month. Follow this equation and now your GOAL will actually become A REALITY. Need more guidance? I’ll show you. Enroll into Free & Clear: My Private Practice today until Sunday to receive a $50 discount 😍
