Because sometimes the award isn’t the destination. It’s the vehicle.
The real point is the movement.

More women in the spotlight. More women taking up space. More women believing their art belongs in the room.

Every woman who showed up, created, shared her work and dared to take up space is part of the win.

So yes, I’m incredibly grateful for this award.

It’s time…

A year ago, I couldn’t do this.

I couldn’t enjoy the little glimmers. I couldn’t truly be in the moment. 
I was always rushing, always in my head.

Today, I can see beauty in everything and everyone. 🤍

And I think I finally understand why.
I’m truly me. I’m living the life I want. I surround myself with people who bring good energy.

People are allowed to have bad days. We all do.
 That’s not the same as being negative, bitter or wanting others to fail.

I don’t know exactly what changed. Maybe I just stopped trying to be someone I wasn’t.

And honestly? I think this is how we’re supposed to feel.

My vision when I started the movement was, among other things, to change the world a little.

Small thought. 😂

But I mean it. Especially for the young ones.
I have a 15-year-old daughter and a 12-year-old son, and I want them — and every young person out there — to feel safe being exactly who they are.

You don’t have to be perfect. The parts of you that don’t feel perfect are often the very things that make you you.

So let’s create a more beautiful world to grow up in.

Lift others. Be genuinely kind. Give people room to be human.
You have no idea what someone else is going through.

And if you don’t already live with this mindset, try it.

I can pretty much promise you’ll feel better, enjoy life more, and get further.

Test it.
