A month of festive fun, catching up and great food! 🎄❤️ Mary looks out at a Christmas tree farm with many baby trees. She’s bundled up in her blue puffy coat, snow boots and home alone hat.

From golden hour to the moonrise, we couldn’t have had a better view on our magical train ride last night. Sprinkles the Elf showed us the way to the *North Pole* and Santa himself even made an appearance. 🚂🌅❄️🍪🎅🏼🌝

Thank you to the all the elf volunteers jumping up and waving to us, you especially made Maeve’s night.🫶And Rory said “I love this!”❤️

This is a post from our trip to HHI last summer that’s worth reposting for its supporting–small tips 😊 ——

A few of you noticed I was promoting small local businesses during our trip and sent the sweetest compliments saying you loved seeing it, which made me so happy 💛 I truly hope more of you caught it because I did it with a purpose.

Why? — Dressing my kids in and buying from local makers means that someday they will be able to take their families on vacation too 🫶🏼

How do I promote small on vacation? — Simply by wearing and using their products :) I never know if everyone who asked “Where did you get that from” will look them up, but we happily shared where each item came from. It’s the least we can do to support the businesses we love 🙌🏼

The best part — YOU can do this every day right here at home or keep the idea in mind for your next vacation :)

Here are the businesses we took on the road with us ☀️
• Let’s hit the road @theartofitall
• Road trip toy tote @untamedpost
• OHHI and Akron Tee @thesocialdept
• Soap @theashhousesoap
• Kate’s locket and hair barrettes @drift_._market
• Souvenir HHI tee @wildblendsapparel
• Our favorite bows @finleyandkatebows @crownsofchloe

Check them all out and make them do the happy dance ✨❤️😊 #supportsmallwithnat #shopsmalleveryday

According to @ascocancer, 75% of young breast cancers are found by the women themselves. A haunting statistic, so don’t be scared to take your health into your own hands.

1. Choose a position. In the shower. Lying down (lying down helps breast tissue spread evenly, making it easier to feel).

2. Use the pads of your four fingers. Try to keep them close together throughout the exam.

3. Apply three levels of pressure. Light for tissue close to the skin’s surface. Medium to feel a little deeper. Firm to feel tissue close to the ribs and chest wall.

4. Move your fingers in small, overlapping circles or a pattern of up-and-down lines to ensure you cover the entire breast area, all the way to your collarbone and armpit.

5. Do an exam once a month and keep an eye out for any changes like lumps or dimpling of the skin.

Thanks for your garden, Tim.🌸🌺🌼

Check out the blooms on Conger Avenue in Highland Square. They’re absolutely stunning! Tim, the owner, is a longtime Graf’s Garden Market employee. We loved chatting with him on our walk this week—his passion is palpable.🫶
