The joy 🤩 of being a yoga teacher:
- Connect to every individual student’s practice
- See them and take them to explore their potential 🪷
- Witness their progress, change and growth 💪

One day, towards the end of my Wed Ashtanga yoga class @openskywellbeing , I saw my students so focused on their practice: headstand , headstand back bend, pincha back bend, handstand, I was so touched 🥺 and proud of their growth.

Thank you for allowing me to pass on my teacher Vinayji @pranavashya and Vijay’s knowledge. They gave me so much love ❤️ , encouragement and faith 🙏. It’s my joy and duty to pass that kind of teaching to you, more than physical asana. 🪷🪷🪷

More studies from the sacred geometry course with Stephanie @theartofprocess 💙 ✏️

These constructions always take more time than I plan for, and finding that time isn’t always easy. But when I sit down with a compass and pencil and focus on one construction, everything else quiets for a while—I slow down, my thoughts clear, and I come away feeling more centered.

Love that they may even make their way into your home one day.☺️

Who remembers learning about Platonic solids in school? I wish we’d learned them this way! ;) At the end of the reel, I share three: the cube, icosahedron, and dodecahedron, taking them from 2D constructions to 3D forms.
