7 State Championships, but this is what matters most to Coach Eric Behrens. 🏆
Right before taking the stage at the 2026 Nebraska Sports Hall of Fame induction, @dj_k_dub of @wired_axcess asked the Omaha Central legend what he hopes his players actually remember about him. His answer proves why he’s a Hall of Famer on and off the court. 👇
Watch until the end.

6’5”…NOW WATCH THE HANDS & FEET. 👀🔥

#Uncommitted ’28 Omaha Gross Catholic T/DT Gage Mettscher.

Size gets your attention.

THE DETAILS KEEP IT.

Watch Gage compete against Skutt Catholic.

💪 Active hands
🦶 Feet continuing to work
🏈 Effort through contact
🔥 Developing on both sides of the line

For a young Class of ’28 prospect, these are the details we like showing coaches.

And this film came to us through a longtime friend!

🎥 Gage’s father, Mat Mettscher of Long Bus Short Thoughts, captured and assembled the footage.

Wired Axcess Plug-N-Play Coverage is helping get it in front of more eyes!
